What is the Akuvox E13S/N?

The Akuvox E13S/N is a single-button SIP video door phone for outdoor entrances. It alerts you when the bell is rung and lets you see and speak with visitors from your smartphone, from anywhere, using a 2MP wide-angle camera (114° × 58°), IR night vision and echo-cancelling two-way audio.

What is the difference between the E13S and E13N?

Both share the same 160×86×25 mm IP65 plastic body, 2MP camera, single call button, 1 relay and 2 inputs. The E13S adds a 13.56 MHz RF card reader (Mifare and Felica cards) plus NFC, supports 5,000 users and 25,000 cards, and is powered by 802.3af PoE. The E13N has no card reader, supports 1,000 users and is powered over the network (PoN). Both also accept a 12V DC supply.

Is the Akuvox E13S/N compatible with third-party SIP systems?

Yes. The E13S/N complies with SIP and ONVIF and integrates with SIP servers such as Grandstream UCM, Yeastar, Asterisk and 3CX, as well as Akuvox SmartPlus and third-party NVRs.

Can the E13S/N be installed outdoors?

Yes. It is IP65 rated with a tamper alarm, operates from -40°C to +60°C and can be flush-mounted (in-wall) or wall-mounted (on-wall).
