Which 2N elevator communicator is right for my lift?+

For new or modernised lifts with a network connection, 2N LiftIP 2.0 is the IP-based emergency communicator. It offers remote configuration and video-linked alarm calls. 2N Lift1 is a complete solution for a single lift that is powered over the phone line. 2N Lift8 is modular and expandable for buildings with several lifts. Our team can recommend the right model for your project.

Can older lifts be upgraded to IP without new cabling?+

Yes. 2N LiftGate is an all-in-one gateway that brings IP connectivity to existing lifts over the 2-wire cabling already in place, with a backup power supply. Where there is no landline, 2N EasyGate IP and EasyGate IP+ (4G) carry emergency calls over the mobile network.

Can I monitor all my lifts remotely?+

Yes. 2N Elevator Center gives central, round-the-clock control of all connected 2N lift devices, including automatic configuration. 2N Call Center handles control and alarm calls without extra hardware.

What does the 2N Induction Loop do?+

The 2N Induction Loop sends audio from a 2N IP intercom wirelessly to any standard hearing aid set to the T position, in line with IEC 60118-4. It helps visitors with hearing loss communicate at the entrance and supports accessibility requirements in public buildings, hospitals, schools and offices. It is IP65 rated for outdoor use.
